The hands have been placed in the wrong position and striking at 20 past and 20 to of the hour and is only striking once on the hour, the clock is fully wound but not ticking, the original lever escapement isn't damaged and swings freely, the dial has hairline cracks to the right corner and the rear glass panel has a chip to the bottom corner.
